I MADE IT

At Fitness, I believe that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is always room for improvement. I understand the struggles of people who are just starting out and I am here to help them get to their fitness goals.

I have been passionate about fitness and health since my teenage years. At 16, I was overweight and my body structure was not great. Through hard work and dedication, I slowly started weight training at the gym. This eventually led me to explore core strength training, something I have been passionate about ever since. I could hardly run half a kilometer but today I’ve managed to complete a 21km run.
